30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
We hope you love everything you purchase from ENT. But if you just aren’t feeling the love, check out our Returns Policy below!

CHANGE OF MIND + CHANGE OF SIZE:
If you change your mind or wish to exchange for a different size, you can return your item for Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. Please see our Return Conditions below. If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.
- If the item fails to meet our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item.
- We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.
- You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
- We offer the option to receive a Gift Card as Store Credit.
- Items marked down by 50% or more from their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.
- We don’t want you empty-handed on MYSTERY items, therefore, if RETURNED during a sale period, you’ll receive store credit for 50% of the item’s full original price.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
- clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- clothing must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
- boxed items must be unopened and the seal unbroken.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
FAULTY ITEMS:
We use a three point checking system before your order is shipped out to you. We do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is in perfect condition but if you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the team on information@elitentitledau.com.
- Please note, we have a 3-month warranty for faulty items. If you purchased your item over 3 months ago, it is no longer eligible for a replacement.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:
Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our facility.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and Store Credit issued.
Store Credit is issued to you in the form of a Gift Card and is emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet.
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
REFUNDS:
Refunds can only be provided for out of stock items and faulty items.
