Q – Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia!
We actually have two warehouse located in Australia, your order may be a split shipment!

Q – How long does your order processing take?

All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed, and are dispatched within 1-2 business day from when the order is placed.

Q – What is your shipping policy?

ELITE N TITLED PTY LTD has a primary goal of offering all customers the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across diverse countries, ensuring the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. and are dispatched within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
- Express Shipping: Expected delivery within 2-4 business days
- Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 4-6 business days.
Please note that during Black Friday and peak sale periods, delivery times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days due to higher order volumes.

Q – What if I order the wrong size, do I have to pay for shipping to return it?

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality, fit, and print of your ELITE-N-TITLED pieces, we recommend following all care instructions carefully. Cold wash only and wash garments inside out to help reduce friction and protect the print over time.

Avoid heat exposure, tumble drying, ironing, bleaching, and the use of fabric softeners, as these may cause damage, fading, or discolouration to the fabric and print.
